Founder's Story
I have had several careers with different companies in diverse concentrations. I’m proud to say that I have helped to shape a highly client-focused approach for the companies I have worked for. However it seemed my passion lay elsewhere. During my many years in sales management, including software and services sales, my approach to my clients' engagement was to fully understand their needs, which were key to my success. For me it was always important to listen to what people were saying and asking, to make sure I provided the ultimate in client satisfaction.
This has served to amplify my approach and respect for individual independence for the members of our adult community.
I have always had a passion for caring for others; whether it was for my own family, friends or other people’s families. This passion continues to grow as I see a human need to care for the people who cared for others their entire lives.
Our adult community, as I saw it many years ago and continue to see, has growingly become a forgotten entity. I feel a need to change that. Although many have families who participate in their loved one’s well being, there are far too many who do not have this type of support. This is the reason I chose to open Personal Assistant Services for Seniors.
Just showing up with a smile, a story to tell, or engaging in a few card games can be very uplifting. Encouraging clients to share their stories often proves to be very engaging. Listening is key. When I go to someone’s home to sit with them; to talk about what’s going on in their lives including what their life’s journey has been, their face lights up in a way that is indescribably joyous. It gives me an amazing, uplifting feeling to make such a difference in someone’s life by providing the simple joys of conversation, cooking, telling stories and many other things they enjoy.
It is with these things in mind that I continue to be excited about the work I do and passionately look forward to every day with my clientele. For me this is not a job, it fuels my purpose and my happiness.

Our Purpose
Personal Assistant Services, LLC (PASS) provides in-home personal assistance to your loved ones who may not qualify for different types of aid, whether Federal, State, Military or otherwise.
These unmet needs of the adult members of our society who, for various reasons, are either ‘housebound’ or unable to provide for their own needs as independently as they would like, is a concern that we address. Our goal is to allow your loved one(s) to maintain their independence with a little help from PASS.
Overview
One of the most important goals in caring for members of our aging community is to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Social interaction including physical and mental activity are crucial to achieving these goals. When they consistently engage in social activities, they can experience significant improvements in their physical, mental and emotional states.
Our top priority at PASS is to utilize our experience and expertise to make sure that your loved one is receiving enough mental, physical, and emotional stimulation to remain engaged in the process of living, which includes keeping their brains active, and their spirits lifted.
There are a variety of ways that we are able to provide a higher level of social interaction through our care. It can be as simple as engaging them in stimulating conversation and showing a genuine interest in what they have to say. This type of caring and mentally-stimulating interaction can bring a smile to their face and laughter to their day. Other activities such as taking walks, gardening, playing cards also prove beneficial.
There is a common thread to every one of our clients. We provide care and companionship in a way that consistently supports their overall wellness, and acknowledges their accomplishments and their dignity. It is our mission to tend to our beloved clients’ needs with patience, compassion, and enthusiasm.
We have put together a shortlist of service offerings which would be beneficial to the members of our adult community, including assurance to them and their families that their well-being is our most important priority.
